Headquartered in Elk Grove, California, RetroCom Energy Strategies, Inc. was established to deliver Retrocommissioning and related Energy Engineering services for large existing facilities. In response to client needs, we also offer services for commissioning of new buildings and systems, and guidance in enhancing the sustainability and “Green” credentials of commercial and industrial facilities. RetroCom principals and staff have more than 100 years of collective experience delivering energy services, energy engineering, commissioning, measurement and verification services, sustainable design, facility operations/automation systems consulting, and maintenance management in commercial office, retail, healthcare, education, and government buildings. Their backgrounds include extensive practical application in real-life circumstances working with hundreds of organizations, covering a host of disciplines.

The company's principals and staff hold professional designations from the U.S. Green Building Council and the Association of Energy Engineers and are active members in a variety of related industry associations, including the Building Owners and Managers Association, the International Facility Management Association and the California Society for Healthcare Engineering.

RetroCom Energy Strategies is an approved Retrocommissioning Services provider for all three investor owned utility companies in the state of California. RetroCom is also the developer of Supported Retrocommissioningsm, an enabling process designed to teach building operations personnel how to maintain the results from their Retrocommissioning project. RetroCom also offers Virtual Energy Services, Green/LEED Services, and Energy Engineering.
