RetroCom Energy Strategies is currently providing Retrocommissioning, Energy Engineering, and LEED Certification and Commissioning services across the State of California. Our projects are creating significant reductions in energy costs and noticeable improvements in building systems performance for our clients.

• At a 420-bed San Diego acute-care hospital we discovered potential energy savings in excess of $750,000 per year. The estimated cost for this project before utility rebates is projected to be less than $450,000.
• A million-square-foot office tower in downtown San Francisco is projected to save $90,000 a year in energy costs with an investment that creates a one-year simple payback.
• A 147,000 square-foot office campus in Sacramento County produced energy savings in excess of $100,000 per year with estimated project costs that delivered a simple payback of fewer than three years.
• The headquarter facility for a nationally recognized company was able to reduce energy costs by an estimated $30,000 per year with a simple payback of one year while supporting its bid to obtain LEED Silver certification.
• A major secondary-education facility in the Monterey Bay area picked RetroCom to provide LEED Certification and Commissioning services.
